Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the tool, print orders, and privacy.

1.Is the sticker tool really free?
Yes. Cutting any photo into a transparent PNG is free and needs no account. Digital exports carry an invisible watermark so we can verify they were made with Pigsticker.
2.Do I need an account or signup?
No account, no signup. Upload a photo, make a sticker, download it. Print orders ask for a shipping address and email, but digital stickers never do.
3.What image formats can I upload?
PNG, JPEG, and WebP, up to 10 MB. Larger or unusual files may be downscaled so they fit the 512×512 Telegram canvas.
4.What happens to my photos?
Digital processing keeps images in memory only for the job — no gallery, no long-term storage, no account. Physical print orders store your art and shipping details only after you explicitly consent, just long enough to print and ship.
5.How does the watermark work?
Every export carries an imperceptible provenance mark. It is not a visible logo and does not change how your sticker looks.
6.How do I order printed stickers?
After making a sticker, choose a size (up to 8.5″ kiss-cut vinyl), get a shipping quote for your country, consent to storing art and shipping details, and pay through our payment provider — we never store card numbers.
7.Are my saved account details secure?
Yes. When you save your name, phone number, or shipping address to an account, those details are encrypted before they are stored on our servers. Only your email address is kept readable, because that’s how we identify your account and reach you about orders. Your password is stored as a one-way hash, and we never store payment card details.
8.My cutout has a halo or fuzzy edge — what should I do?
Open Advanced and raise Erode fringe a little, or lower Alpha threshold to keep wispy hair. Every image is different, so a small tweak usually fixes it.
9.Can I keep full resolution instead of 512×512?
Yes. Turn on "Disable downscale" in Advanced to export at the source resolution. Note that print orders always use full resolution regardless of the preview.
10.Where can I ask a question or report a bug?
Oink reads every email. Write to [email protected] and he’ll get back to you.
